How can it be a “best” theme when it is not even complete?
dgrb, Arc GTK Theme was released long time back, Arc Icon got released recently which is not yet completed.
I cannot see any of the screenshots in either Chrome or Firefox! It happens that modern web browsers may refuse to display content from HTTP on a HTTPS website. If the connection is being protected by HTTPS, an attacker could still try an attack in the HTTP content, that is the reason for this new behaviour! The CSS content is not being downloaded either!
