manjaro 0.8.13 Release notes & Upgrade steps

Manjaro project proudly announced the general availability of manjaro 0.8.13, on June 14, 2015. Manjaro 0.8.13 ship with XFCE 4.12 tweaked and patched to have the best XFCE experience possible, Plasma 5.3.1, KDE Frameworks 5.10.0 and latest KDE Apps 15.04.1 and linux kernel 3.18.

What’s new in Manjaro 0.8.13

  • Fixed disk size calculation for LVM and luks
  • Fixed double “us” keyboard layout
  • Issue fixed with RAID0 and ext4
  • Added support for luks in fstab generation
  • Fixed ssd detection for MMC devices

2) How to Upgrade Manjaro to latest version

Use the below commands to upgrade your system from Manjaro 0.8.x to 0.8.13

# Update all the packages to latest version and OS #
[email protected]:~$ sudo pacman -Syu
